Was very satisfied with staff and how I was treated as a patient at the dentist office today for the first visit,they explained what they would be doing and how was going to be done what to expect.Also since they had preferred that I see an oral surgeon they made appointment for me and explained where it was located. Very informative visit.

Not satisfied at all. Preface my comment that all the dental treatment that I have done at this facility was good and had spend a few thousand dollars there over the last couple of years having a couple of implants done. This issue came to the forefront in the last few months. I was in having cleaning and they recommended a deep clean for lack of the correct term. The hygienist went up front and came back and stated my insurance would cover all except 65.00 per visit and this would be two visits and I would be responsible for that. I agreed and the appointments were set. I had the work done and promptly before leaving the office each time I paid my part in full. Advance forward a month or so received a bill in the mail for approx. 250.00 stating my insurance wouldnt cover turns out I had reached my total amount that year and insurance didnt cover this. I was going to pay the bill and discuss it with them on my next visit, but this company provides a way on their bill to pay online, and I tried multiple times, and it doesnt work, and they freely admit to that. I cant mail a payment with my health savings card and this location is about a 30 min drive from me and I wasnt able to get by during their business hours. I didnt receive a couple of notices in the mail and then suddenly, I get a letter from a collection agency. NOBODY ever called and you think that would be a fair request from a client that has spent a large amount of money with this company. I was able to stop by the office that I use in Rocky Mount and have a discussion with the secretary unfortunately she stated that a director would have to call me back and she admitted no calls as well were made but stated they sent a text, but I dont recall ever receiving this. Spoke with the director who basically didnt have anything to say but I explained I was happy to pay the bill but didnt feel the collection charge was warranted due to the circumstances above and he would not concede any of it. I have paid the charges but will reconsider whom I use in the future due to this. I wanted others to be aware this isnt in my opinion the way your treat loyal customers that have always paid their bill prior to leaving the office in the past including some very high one.
