This place is horrible. Theres a lady in the front who chews gum and can barely talk. They schedule you early morning while buses school buses and the commuters that are going to work are out with no 10 to 15 minute window if youre late . I was told that Amber Stafford was booked all out, but there was no one in the waiting area or in the room or no cars in the parking lot.

Kayla Trevillian (Pcp) New Horizon at Valley View location was very unprofessional, she has an egoistic attitude and self- centered! She doesn't care about the patients. I told her what was wrong with me, regarding my chronic condition. She basically told me, there's nothing wrong with me and she didn't witness my asthma attack. I never felt so disrespected or insulted as a patient or a person before. She's very rude!!And she is more concerned about other things, rather than what I came to be seen for!!!

Please avoid this place. My three children were late and we're not seen because of it one chids appointment was at 930 got there at 945 all three were marked as no shows! They were very unprofessional and not helpful at all to be a Drs office. Not worth Medicaid's money.You would think a lady of her age would know that it takes a while to get three sick children ready?? And coming from Cave Springs would have some compassion her being a great grandmother and all??! Definitely not wasting my time here!!!!!!
