        This is the best, Carter Bank and trust branch in the Roanoke Valley the best customer service did the best personal relationship that Ive been doing business with for five years all the rest of the banks act like Im a new guy on the block and my money means nothing. These guys really take care of me here at home. This is my home bank. Special shout out to Lori, Ryan and Dana.

        Well, I was unsure about Carter Bank....but I was able to open a 50+ checking account with a very helpful and knowledgeable individual by the name of Thomas Lukehart. He was able to give me detailed information about the account and how it differentiated with the other accounts that were available for me and help me to under stand some of the benefits that having an account with this bank versus some of the other well known banks would be. One of the main things that I took from the conversation was the attention to detail and the thought that I actually met a friend in this industry that could help lead me to financial success.

        Online says open til 6pm and phone said 6:30pm. Going to be looking at switching banks. Lots of incompetence lately!!!
