Horrible place to bring your U-Haul back to. I had to drop off a car trailer and the first place that I was suppose to deliver it to said they didnt have the room so then he sent me to this place. I had to drive around the block several times to just locate this place. The sign is too small for such a clustered area. The guy asked me to back the trailer in the grass on a busy road. When I told him I wasnt the greatest at backing it in and the road was so busy I didnt feel comfortable doing that, he then unhooked the trailer from my vehicle and walked off without saying anything. I didnt even know he was gonna unhook it from my truck! My daughter had to look to see because he just walked off! I dont know if he was the owner but very rude!

Wonderful people We got standard in Renoake when our box truck broke down Friday night on the highway!!! Luckily their neighbor the tire who tried to help but the truck was too big for his shop told us about this place. They worked with our schedule, they kept their promise, they were in time and in budget without surprises. They made a great problem manageable, for that i am grateful.
