        Ordered a lg drain pump through tribles. It shipped same day which was excellent. I also ordered one through Amazon original oem part. Amazons didnt show up until same day tribles did( holiday season taking longer) any ways I get my wife to drop off the part they shipped still in box and they told her they cant take it back because its been hooked up. When clearly it was in there box still in bubble wrap. So I assume they sold me a used part and a new price and they wont refund us. Last time we will use them

        Always have parts I need, and if they don't have it at the store, they can order it for me. Love those guys!

        If you are into DIY appliance repair, this is a great local place to get parts quick rather than the web. Prices may be a little less competitive than online but you can get your appliance up and running much faster than waiting days or weeks for a shipment. Plus, it is nice to help a local business (and, yes I know they are regional).

      We apologize for your frustration, though the part had electrical terminal and screw marks on it indicated it had been installed and we do not sell used parts.
