        Ive lived here for about 7 months and really like it. Maintenance requests get taken care of quickly, the location is wonderful and I can walk to downtown if I want. I have not seen any roaches in my apartment which was my biggest fear! I am comfortable here and have had a nice experience.

        DO NOT RENT. awful experience with management. Illegal temperature the heater does not work and they are not willing to fix it. They also enter property without consent. DONT RECOMMEND.

        Useless management, building is freezing to the point of breaking the legal requirements yet mgmt does not care. They force tenants to stay in dangerous conditions. Avoid this place!! Seems like they add fake reviews to offset the real ones.
