        Property is getting better. We recently rented a studio apartment for my brother-in-law. The community manager, Josh, is very helpful and friendly. He seems to be working hard to make this a better place to live. I've asked for some maintenance work to be done on the apartment, and they have done so in a very timely manner. Josh is always pleasant and ready to be helpful. Check the dates of the other reviews. This place is getting better.

        A secret of southwest Roanoke the most reasonable rent in this area. However new ownership not sure if it will continue to be a good place to live until more is known about new owners.

        Tim is a fair and professional Property Manager. I have lived here since August 2018 when Cheryl was the Property Manager (retired). I am now retired and saving to move back to Melbourne, Florida where my only child lives. Thank you Cheryl and Tim for my AWESOME stay!
