Greetings! My apologies for the inconvenience! My website was down due to issues with my hosting company. An extremely frustrating situation for myself and my clients. However, the issues were finally fixed. I did contact Groupon and provided them with the direct link to my booking site which has a separate portal from my website, but is often accessed via my website. Groupon was supposed to provide this info, but obviously did not. All other clients who are not new were able to book with no issues, unfortunately, newer clients were not. All is well and restored! Even though this was completely out of my control, I must once again offer my sincerest apologies for this awful inconvenience. However, my website has only been down 6 days. If you had tried contacting me for 2 weeks, booking an appointment should not have been an issue as all communications provide very detailed instructions on how to book an appointment and my website (which you mentioned you have visited at least 2 weeks ago) allows you to access my booking portal 24/7. My voicemail alone is 3-4 minutes long and provides extremely detailed and specific instructions on booking appointments. Very strange how this happened. I also believe you did contact me via email once my website was down and you communicated with me directly. There was an attempt made by me to book you directly, but there seemed to have been a misunderstanding of some sort during communication. Nevertheless all has been restored.
