We had no problems with the service itself but cancelled because we found a better price elsewhere. I called to cancel our service in October 2023 and they still have not processed our request and have sent our account to collections. Although they supposedly have not processed our request, no one has shown up to collect our waste. I have talked to them about this 5 times already. Very, very, very poor customer service.

Worst company ever! In response of extra feedback you want. We used to use your company services and then the driver decided not to show up. When we are not in office, he does not call or do any extra work to make sure, he is doing the pick up. But instead he is lying and pretending that he made the stop and instead of the company investigating the situation. They kept charging us for pick ups that didnt even happen.

Stericycle is a very dependable company. I have been at my position for 10 years and I have never had any issues with them picking up my end of year box for disposal. They have always been on time and will come from different areas to meet our needs. They are an excellent company to have pick up your biohazard materials. I would recommend them to anyone looking for that type of service. Service: Hazardous waste removal & disposal

Had this company do shredding for my company. Service was great on the shredding however billing is another story. They charged my credit card which I authorized then sent the company a bill , which we paid not knowing that they had already charged the credit card as the bill did not show a credit for my card being charged we did not find out the card was charge until we received our cc statement which we had paid their invoice by check by then. I have now been fighting since June of 2023 , service and invoice and cc was charged in April 2023 to get the payment back where I was charged twice. When I call my account show says zero balance not a credit not an overpayment. They have been shown evidence of being charged twice and where we paid twice. Still fighting say they will have supervisor call never calls now they finally credited my old card back which I told them they could not due as that card was no longer valid I have a new number but no one will listen to what you have to say, keep getting over seas call centers to just take down information. Would rate as a negative number if possible. Find another company or be prepared to be double charged.
