        The bed liners from LineX cannot be matched. You get what you pay for and for that they get 2 stars. Their customer service is really awful. First they provided a quote and did not complete all the work on the quote and tried to blame it on me for not telling them. When I showed them what they sent me in writing they then said they had to order the bed cover and I should have told them. Not once was it mentioned that the bed cover needed to be ordered. They also included ancillary fees on my bill that were not part of the quote. Very unprofessional so I will be going elsewhere for my bed cover.

      You placed an inquiry on the website about prices. I responded with the prices. When the truck was scheduled you didn't mention the cover, or I would have told you that we do payment in advance on ALL accessories and schedule the truck for after it's delivered. We don't keep any accessories in stock, they all must be ordered. We get 20+ price inquiries a week, I don't order accessories unless I look it up, make sure it's in stock, and it's payed for. You had a tonneau cover on it already and a drop in bedliner. Your tonneau was removed and reinstalled for a labor charge, and your drop in removal and disposal of and cleaning under it is also a charge. Which I would have included in the quote if I knew you had those. The prices quoted were for a clean ready to spray truck.
