I take my car here every time my car needs maintenance, oil change and new tires. Friendly staff, great service and you can tell the management runs a well-oiled machine, no pun intended. Shout out to Igor, the manager, for being always helpful and making things easy.

I always have a great experience. I am costumer for years now and always they do honest job and within fair price for everything compare to other shops. Dont really understand negative reviews so thats why I decided to post one. Igor and guys always take good care of me, never over charge me for something or add unnecessary repairs. I know exactly what is my issue with car before I even go there and guess what, 10/10 times say exactly what I know the issue is and never add something additional. Everybody have different opinions even if you go to doctor about your health, opinion will differ so dont be quick to judge. Alignment is by far the best in Firestone I am really particular about that and had issues in past with other random shops, when I am in rush and Firestone are busy I go to closer one to my house and regret it later for doing that. My guy to look for there is Igor and he is always responsive, accurate and patient which I like a lot so thank you again and kepp doing what you doing.

The tire repair on our van was done timely and efficiently. However, additional work was recommended $700 for brake pads rotors etc. and I was told it needed to be done right away. I declined the work and took the van to our mechanic and the recommended repairs were unnecessary. Brake pads are good for months more.

I had a appointment at 2:00 for 3 tires and 3 tires only witch shouldve took only 45 minutes to do 3 hours and 25 minutes later before I got my keys I worked at B.F Goodrich for 10 years if it wouldve took 3 hours to put on 3 tire somebody wouldve been looking for a job so with that being said I will near use that Firestone again that is the slowest place I ever been for tires!
