        I been going to Jackson Hewitt for years after years but this year Tammie filed my taxes and somehow made the biggest mistake after I received my refund come to find out the wrong w2 was sent so that meant they overpaid me now I have to pay back over $2000 for a mistake she made smh so I will not be returning as a loyal customer I trusted Jackson Hewitt and they let me down!!!!!!!

        I just left The Jackson Hewitt on Brook Road, Richmond, VA. Tax preparer, Courtney was SO VERY HELPFUL, kind and detailed what around what I would have to pay back in taxes. The deadline for taxes is so very close, my payment for services would be quite expensive. Well I would LOVE for her to do my taxes....if I could have afforded it.
