        About two weeks ago, Ive purchased a driver from this location in Richmond and not even 10 swings in the head flew off then a week after my friend bought another new driver from this Location and 10 swings in his driver, broke so we went to the store where they told us that they could not help us I would definitely not recommend coming to get golf equipment here unless you want things for half round of golf

        Was a terrible experience, I bought a driver from them last week and swung it for the first time today. 10 swings in the head flew off so i decided to take it back to the store. They said they couldnt do anything about it. Terrible service and equipment

      Hi Cole, thanks for you feedback. I remember when you came in and you had your receipt and the full club so we were able to give you store credit and you ended up getting another driver in the store at that time. If your friend has his receipt we would be able to do the same for him. Have a great day

      Sorry for your experience in the store. Our return policy for used clubs is 3 days for a full refund and 7 days for store credit as long as you have your receipt with you at the time of the return. Since it was outside the return policy and you did not have the entire club or the receipt with you we could not do the return at that time.
