      Herbert, we're very disappointed you felt it necessary to leave us a negative review on this interaction. Our team went above and beyond to provide a same-day turnaround for your last minute order, to which there is a standard rush fee. You were notified both on the phone and email of the pickup location being at our production facility due to your immediate needs. You're located 28 minutes from us, so we're not sure the route you took that resulted in 2.5 hours. Hopefully this isn't indicative of how World Class Auto treats their customers and other vendors.
