        Walked in expecting poor customer service and got it. Waited at the front counter for 6 or 7 min before eventually walking up to the 2 employees looking at me standing there while the both fold clothes while talking to each other. When I asked for help they called another girl from the back that I hadn't seen the whole time I'm was there. When she got to the counter she didn't apologize for my weight or greet me. Just started scanning my product. I'd hate to think that it's too much for me to ask for a better customer experience in South side plaza.
