I called Retex Roofing & Exteriors and spoke with Iris! I called due to my 96 year old Grandmothers bedroom ceiling falling through (not to mention this all happened on her 96 birthday) :( due to a leaking roof, so needless to say we were frantic in finding a roofing company. I went to the Better Business Bureau website and found that Retex Roofing had a A+ rating and excellent reviews! I'm so happy that I called, they were professional, polite and promt and they also showed great empathy to my Grandmother and our situation. They were just overall what you hope to expect when you call someone for help! They were able to come out right away and we met with John! We were giving an estimate for a brand new roof that day, because basically it was time for a new roof, repairing it would have led to more issues in the future. They also were able to start that same week and we were informed of the process every step of the way by Josh! Who sent me pictures and a video of the roof while work was in progress. I really liked that feature! The roof was completed and what an excellent job from start to finish! If your in need for a roofing team please don't hesitate to call Retex Roofing and Exteriors!

I met a Retex sales associate at a networking meeting as I was just starting my own handyman/woodworking business. We exchanged business cards and Mark from Retex began sending smaller jobs they dont do my way. I couldnt have started my business without his help. He trusted me through a mutual friend and I treat all referrals he sends my way with the utmost care and diligence. Retex also recently did my new roof and did a fantastic job with excellent customer service and craftsmanship. I am very appreciative of Retex roofing on many levels.

The Retex crew was on time and provided a professional service. The crew was informative and answered all my questions without a fault. I appreciate that they were able to match the shingle with what I already had in the house. I no longer have any leaks and plan on using them for any future needs.

Really impressed by Retex from start to finish on our whole house window replacement. The crew worked 10.5 hours on day 1 to make sure all windows were secured prior to finishing them the next day. Excellent communication from the sales and project manager folks as well, plus theyre both named Mark, which makes it easy to remember! Great pricing and quality of work. Ive worked with a number of contractors so I dont say that lightly. Extremely well run operation.
