If you are looking to purchase or sell a home Dave Brookins is your man! He knocked it out the park with the sale of my home in Richmond VA. I currently live about 5 hours away in TN and Dave made the entire process easier than I could have imagined. He kept me well informed at all times and I did not stress once about him taking care of everything and not being local! I wholeheartedly recommend The Strum Group for buying a home in Richmond. Our realtor, James Strum, was always there for us. From our first meeting down to the signing of the mortgage, we had the best of support. Its one thing for your realtor to know the neighborhoods by heart, but it takes a master like James to find the home that is truly perfect for your needs. He even advised against some houses, you can do better, when we were about to put an offer in. Whether it is potentially bad neighbors or cost prohibitive repairs, he was our guide, and we learned to trust his judgement above all else. We couldnt be happier with our new home. We are far enough from the city to have a great sized yard where we can have a garden and a place for our dogs to chase each other. It also has room enough to host friends and family. This has been one of the best experiences of my life. Much gratitude and love for James and The Strum Group.

Our experience with Ashley Grant as our realtor was exceptional! Ashley was incredibly responsive through the whole home buying process from emails, texts, scheduling home tours to final purchase. She was very patient with our seemingly endless questions and provided needed guidance on our behalf for items we did not think of. It had been nearly two decades since we last purchased a home and we were moving to a relatively new area to us.
