Mark and his team went to GREAT and EXTRAORDINARY efforts to help us sell our house. They work as a team and I cannot say enough about Christina -- she responds to questions immediately and gets things done before we even know what needs to be done. Mark has a great sense of humor and made a very stressful time enjoyable.

It is my pleasure to say Mark and his team did a great job helping me sell my home a short time ago. I received an offer to move out of state with a short window to move. Marks knowledge of the market and connections made a huge difference in helping us sell our home. Marks team jumped in with both feet to get us started. We listed our property midweek and had an open house that first weekend. Wow what an effort by those folks. The following weekend we had another open house and a potential buyer. With Marks assistance while me and my wife were out of state, we negotiated a fair deal for the buyer and us. Marks team kept me informed about activities that were in process to move us toward closing. Being 800 miles away was not a problem for the Foss Home Team. From listing to closing was under 60 days. Mark helped us sell a home and purchase a new one. He really listened to the issues that were most important to us. He provided honest information about ways to make our house more appealing to buyers and the pros and cons of the new houses we were considering.
