We decided to move back to VA from PA and started our home search the first week of April. I sent an info request about real estate in Central VA through an internet request and we were so lucky that Regina responded almost immediately. I give you the date because we closed on our house on May 24th! This is almost an impossibility in this current market. We had intended to build but Regina advised us to also look at pre-owned homes. Regina did a great job of "interviewing" us to find out what we wanted in a home, and we loved one of the first homes she showed us! That was on a Saturday. We knew we would have to act quickly and Regina helped us make a sensible offer. Regina then used her contacts to get the home inspected the very next morning. As a result we knew that we weren't going to get any surprises, we were buying a well maintained home. We had applied for financing through the bank we always use, but the seller wanted a very quick close of 30 days. Once again, Regina was able to put us in contact with a local bank that made it happen. Regina kept us informed about everything that was going on and she was truly our advocate in the buying process. I can also say that Regina is so friendly, sincere, honest and transparent...what you see is what you get! I'm confident that Regina genuinely wants you to find a home you love. I can't recommend Regina highly enough! THANKS REGINA!!!

From start to finish during the purchase of our new home, Regina Banks provided the most amazing client services imaginable. In addition to purchasing a home during COVID, there are other factors which made this purchase much more difficult than the average. As a result, Regina was quite considerate and did all she could to accommodate our situation. Her knowledge and perseverance made the purchase of our new home as painless and trouble-free as possible. Regina maintained professionalism while being personable which made her a pleasure to deal with, while providing confidence we were receiving the best service possible. Reginas service proved to be beyond the expectations of both me and my wife. Her response time was exceptional and her attention to detail was impeccable. She worked diligently to find us the perfect home and we are more than thankful. I cannot say enough positive things about Regina or thank her enough. Regina was wonderful as a realtor for my fianc and myself as she over come the differences in our opinions and priority's. She worked very hard and found our dream home before it was on the market and got us in the door on day 1 twice. She knew it was right house for us before we did, and she was right! They say always keep it short & sweet as too long becomes drawn out & boring. How does one keep it short when reviewing Regina Banks? IMPOSSIBLE!! Regina is more than amazing. As a result of work relocation, my husband & I were looking for homes in the Richmond area. I started looking in February of 2020. In June, I saved 1 of the homes as a & within minutes, received a message from Regina asking if she could call & provide any necessary info on the home. I really didnt want to speak to any agents at that time however I wanted to be courteous so I said yes. Within a minute of our conversation, it was obvious that I should actually allow Regina to assist as opposed to just being courteous. One of the smartest decisions Ive ever made in my life. When I explained our situation to Regina, which by the way, was quite lengthy, she immediately jumped on the band wagon to provide the most amazing, time consuming assistance one could imagine. Relocating from Delaware, & traveling to VA during the pandemic to view homes was proving to be quite difficult as I am extremely vulnerable to COVID as a result of a near death experience at the end of 2019. Maintaining complete quarantine while trying to purchase a house is nearly impossible, but Regina made it happen. When I explained my situation, Regina was more than willing to do all she could to make the relocation, purchase, & transition as easy as possible. Her compassion for our particular situation was beyond my comprehension. Regina spent over 7 hours face timing as she walked through homes, opening closets, zooming in on her phone to show me details, etc. She walked the grounds of the homes, holding her umbrella as it was non-stop rain. Unfortunately, none of the houses met our needs, so Regina did this for us yet another day. Her perseverance & patience was beyond amazing. After round two of Regina touring homes for us, we were able to decide which homes we wanted to see in person. However, we wanted to know HOA rules of each community prior to viewing. Regina worked diligently to provide us this info, in addition to info on the utilities, surroundings of the potential homes, & other pertinent information. Once we narrowed it down, we traveled to VA to tour our chosen homes. Again, I had been totally quarantined for over 4 months, & this was going to be my first time out & I was more than frightened. We scheduled a day for us to drive to VA and meet Regina to walk through the homes. When we met, Regina was more than prepared & very respectful in being cautious as a result of my vulnerability. She maintained her distance, allowing us to thoroughly view the homes & grounds. All along providing suggestions as she heard each & every little detail I had originally discussed depicting our preferences. Honestly, she didnt skip a beat. Her listening skills are beyond compare. Luckily, on the day of our visit, we found the home we wanted & Regina immediately started moving forward, scheduling settlement within a month, an amazing feat during the pandemic. She provided us all necessary information & went above and beyond helping up until the day of settlement, which by the way, she attended. In addition, a week or so after settlement, Regina called to check in to see how we were settling in & asked if we needed any further assistance. To conclude, Regina truly is one of the most amazing, dedicated, courteous individuals I have ever met. Her professionalism along with being personable allows her clients to feel less stressed, & confident that a potentially daunting situation will be more bearable. Her communication skills are impeccable & research techniques, along with follow through are on point & perfect. Obviously, I cannot say enough good & positive things about Regina. My husband & I are extremely thankful Regina reached out. I truly cannot imagine how we would have gotten through this purchase without her. .
