I was traveling from Kansas to Virginia and had only 1 week to look for and put a bid in on a house. I went into this thinking I was more than likely not going to find a house because of the short timeline. Abigayle Holt was kind enough to drive me to and from various showings throughout the week. At the end of the 3rd day, a house was listed that seemed to fit what I was looking for and Abigayle was able to book the very first showing of the house. I was able to put a bid in the day of the showing and it was accepted by the end of the day. I would not have gotten this house if it wasn't for her. She made me feel like I was her only client that whole week. I would highly recommend her services if you are looking to buy or sell in the Richmond area.
