I would Like to Thanks Praxis Realty and Jacob Wells for finding our new home. I would like to especially like to Thank Jacob as we required a home with special needs when it came to noise and a few other factors, so our search took a little longer and a lot of experimenting, but Jacob prevailed we found a home. The patience and professionalism he displayed through the process was exceptional, and his determination paramount.

I strongly recommend Jacob Wells for all your realty needs. I cannot say enough about his strengths and skills. Jacob understands realty - buying, selling, investing, trends in the market - well beyond others twice his age or time in the field. Plus, hes a really nice guy. He is pleasant, easy to talk to, patient, and not easily ruffled. And he is professional in his interactions. He holds his customers needs and info close to the vest in negotiations.
