Listen up! About 6 years ago I was buying my first house. I unfortunately signed on with the first real estate agent that I came in contact with. My agent was NOT with the Mark Adams team (my first mistake). I had a terrible experience and no communication from my agent at that time. Then I remembered Mark Adams, who I WISH I would have signed on with originally. Let me tell youeven though this man was not my agent during one of the most stressful times in my life, he still took the time to calm my nerves, give invaluable advice and even prayed with me and my family. Since then, I have recommended several folks to his agency and they have all gone through him to buy houses and have all positive things to say! He stays in contact with all of his clients, sending bday cards, dropping by to check in, monthly get-togethersetc. I am actually excited for when it comes time to sell my house and buy a new one, because I will definitely go through his agency! I already know it will be a seamless transaction, because they genuinely care and it shows!

We had the pleasure of working with Amy Baker & finally found our retirement home in beautiful Montpelier. Before this, it was MONTHS of driving to older or smaller homes, near & far. My mom passed away in November 2022. The last thing you want to worry about when losing a loved one, is unfortunately all the things you have to worry about. Mark and his team made this trying time effortless. They paid careful attention to my wishes and my moms and didnt push anything beyond that. The whole process from start to finish is so well explained so that you have every idea of that which youre getting yourself into. Additionally, they go above and beyond on the personal front to see to it that its not just a process. They see the people in the process. Im so grateful for the whole team, especially Chloe. As the major contact for us, she was timely, efficient and joyful. Thank you all for everything !!
