Can I leave 10 stars?If you've ever felt really icky because you knew you were being sold to, working with Eric and Colleen literally flips that on it's head!We worked with them to buy our family's "forever home" and every step of the way we felt SO supported. Every step of the way was SO easy. I don't think the process could have been better if my own family had been our realtor. And yet, that's exactly how Eric and Colleen treated us - like family. Like someone they wanted nothing but the best and happiness for. It was truly a partnership that exceeded our expectations, and I don't say that lightly. Having been through (collectively) 5 home buying processes between my husband and I, this was hands down the best and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home in Richmond!

If you're looking for an excellent realtor, Eric Morehouse is the one. We were downsizing and were looking for a realtor that would assist us in finding our perfect home. He was very patient and made himself available to show us houses that we were interested in. He furnished excellent advice when negotiating the purchase and was there for any questions we had before and during closing. We would highly recommend The Morehouse Group to anyone that is in the market to purchase your dream home.
