I was seeing Heather Kay from April2023 to Nov2023 and the therapy she provided was good. However, there was one point where she cancelled an appointment for a personal emergency (understandable), but then proceeded to ghost me for about a month while I was trying to contact her to get another appointment on the schedule. Eventually, she contacted me back and I started seeing her again. Then come Nov2023, she cancelled an appointment because of a migraine (also understandable) and asked when I would like to reschedule. I emailed her back through email and also through the messaging center that Clearwater uses requesting an appointment for the next week. I have never heard from her again. This type of behavior is unacceptable for a mental health clinician that is knowingly assisting people in working through issues, especially people with suicidal ideations. I am very unhappy with how everything has turned out. And I hope she doesn't do this to others. Be warned.
