Completely unprofessional, and out of touch with their admin system. Cancelled my initial appointment, claiming that I had not completed paperwork, despite the fact that same forms were sent to me in excess of 7 times, and I had submitted them 3 times. Their recommendations for other counselors are inadequate, as all are unqualified for any issues I brought up. Overall, I would travel from the Richmond area, rather than use these expensive, under-qualified providers for the sake of convenience. This is my own personal experience, but I cant imagine that it is much different for others.

This type of thorough practice results in higher quality encounters for patients. We provide general referrals for other providers/ practices in the community, especially when we have not met or evaluated an individual.
