Switched from a pharmacy that shall not be named in Chesterfield to Lombardy Kroger Pharmacy and the relief I feel is wonderful. Previous pharmacy- I guess my experience with pharmacies has set a pretty low bar, so I was SHOCKED that a real human answered the phone after the first ring when I called Kroger. Wait- no 20 minute wait to horrible music with reminders of COVID vaccinations every 4.5 seconds whaaaatt?? Every month, I would DREAD having to contact the previous pharmacy to request refills or check the status. I would actually have to clear time in my work schedule and block an hour to do so. KROGER (Lombardy) - All of my questions and needs were answered and addressed on the spot. I didnt have to be told that theyll call me back (to never get a call back) with answers. It was painless and I didnt feel frustrated at all, which was a brand new experience for me! Dr. Watson and her crew raised the bar with how a pharmacy SHOULD run in less than a 5 minute phone call. I felt heard, was asked the right questions and was provided with instant solutions. Having a son who has asthma, the piece of mind that this momma has right now is priceless. Highly recommend.
