What can I say about my TEAM. I was involved in a motorcycle accident back in September 2021. I was riding home from an event and someone in a car decided to not yield and hit me right on. I blacked out and did not wake up until in the ambulance (so I do not know how long I was out). I tried to work with the persons insurance company, and they were giving me the run around; so, I was advised by my MC community to reach out to Tom McGraths Motorcycle Law Group. I called and spoke with Matt, and he drove from Richmond to Roanoke to speak to me and my husband. He went over pros and cons of getting a lawyer vs. not getting a lawyer. After speaking with my husband, we decided to go with Matt (it was not a hard choice). After that point, everything for me was hands off and they oversaw EVERYTHING. I just sent updates from time to time to keep them updated on my end, and they oversaw the tough stuff. Hands down, if I ever have to do this again, Matt will be the first person I will call. Thank you, Matt, and Emily, you two are the best.

I've worked with the folks over at the Motorcycle Law Group for 2 incidents now, and they're wonderful. Tom McGrath is a household name for many VA motorcyclists and the firm he started is still the best in the business. I keep their card in every wallet, and look forward to hearing back about what theyre doing each year at lobby day.

Matt and Emily are the best. Shortly after my accident, Matt came to my home and explained the whole process to my wife and I. They worked hard in getting me a fair settlement on my totaled bike. This included negotiating with the other persons insurance company, bringing in an independent appraiser to get me everything I was owed. At no time did I have to call and ask what was going on with me case
