$1.00 to park for 12 hours. Pay with cash, credit card or by text. Two levels with upper level accessed from the alley on the southern side. Accessible parking is also in this location along the side of the garage *in* the alley.
At the western end of Carytown, but you have to access from Grove/Floyd/Ellwood, because Crenshaw is one way southbound *to* W. Cary. You can't even enter the alley that leads to upper deck from the northbound street at the end of the block because the alley is a one way exit at that end.
Worth finding though, because finding street parking on Cary is a PITA as is driving on Cary in general. Note: there is also a car charging station for one car.

We just parked here on a Saturday. We were only here for about an hour and a half. We paid the $1 for parking and entered our license plate number, but when we got back to the car we found a parking ticket on our windshield. We noticed that other cars that were there prior to us also had tickets. Is this some kind of scam for the city to make more money? This is ridiculous and qualifies as legal theft. Beware of using this parking lot even if you pay.
