I would rate this negative zero i think The DMV is easier to deal with than these guys. I waited over 3 months and my license is still pending i call customer service to ask whats going on and 5 times they said i Dont know and they would email someone, a week goes by and nothing and i have to repeat this process every week and wait on the line for 2 hours listening to mind numbing auto voice saying over and over again "your call is very important to us please wait while an agent reaches you" , "your wait time is 5 minutes", and an hour goes by. and on top of it the staff is so freaking rude i had one guy literally hang up on me after asking him to let me speak to a supervisor. just to repeat the process all over again. I dont know why the State of Virginia likes to hold these licenses over our heads but its really wrong and people just want to work and start there lives not wait on the mercy of the state to say ok you've suffered enough heres your piece of paper that literally only took us 5 minutes to process. Someone besides me please contact the Virginia governor and congressman and let them know how horrible this establishment is and needs immediate change.

Still waiting, its been 3 months and still no nursing license. Wasted time calling, sending emails, no response and no update to my checklist. Would give negative stars if I could!!!

If I could give negative 10 I would! The worst Board of Nursing ever! It took me more than 6 months! Customer service is 10/10 very rude wouldnt even bother to look into the file to give status and proper information.They are just sooooooo rude and laaaazyyyy!!! It can kill dreams and future!!! It was September 19 2023 when My husband applied for his license endorsement and MORE THAN 6 months still no lict because clearly they overlooked it!!!! Luckily after thousands of follow up call a decent agent name kim gave us clear view! the rest are just HORRIBLE customer service representatives!!!. I called them several times and and they said there is no time frame because we still got a year until my application will expire . Its a nightmare waiting half a year wasting time and money not knowing if they will give u license even if you have completed all requirements

I guess everyone's experience will be different. I applied for my massage therapy license at the end of January and received my license by the 11th of February. All of the people I came into contact with regarding updates were professional and nice. I'm not sure if going to the office in Richmond helped or not but I don't think it hurt either. Thank you much to all staff especially Andrea who helped me get licensed!
