Saw Dreama Brat today. Probably the worst doctor that Ive ever seen. No interest in understanding my ailment or looking for a solution. About as unfriendly and uncaring as a person can be. Avoid this doctor at all costs. She is worthless as a physician and extremely rude. The practice should dismiss her immediate.

Where do i begin?! First, considering the shortage of neurologists (which i do understand), my PCP referred me to see a neurologist in which I selected Neurological Associates-Johnston-Willis which is the closest to where i live which is approximately 1 and 1/2 hour south. I was assigned to Dr. Dreama Brarr. My first appointment was March 4th, 2024. I was seen for excessive migraine headaches, brain fog/confusion, and having a near faint episode. During first visit she asked questions but i felt she dismissed a lot of my responses about my health history, experiences as i tried to explain. I mean it was like i was just there...thats it! She ended up ordering a EEG and MRI to check for seizures or stroke activity of my brain. Put me on a medication that i ended up having a terrible reaction too smh. I had to call back two days about that before i got a response on what to do..smh. Anyway....I had my EEG. March 13th and MRI on March 15th, 2024. I was told by bith providers where the tests were profirmed that the results wiuld be ready and sent to Dr. Dreama in 2-3 days and that "she" the ordering specialist would then contact me "the patient" to review results. Well, i end up calling Dr. Dreama'soffice 3 diferrent times over the last 2 weeks because i never heard from anyone about my results. When you call the office youhave to sometimes deal with complete rudeness! I even spoke withthe office manager "Alyssa" once. Called back again March 27th, 2024 to complain again because i still didnt have my results by the time i went back to see my PCP My PCP actually had to get her nuese to track down my MRI and my PCP read it to me. I called AGAIN on yesterday and spoke with the lady in the Johnston Willis EEG department who apologized and said she had no clue why Dr. Dreama was taking so long to read the results but she could tell it had NOT been opened or read; however, they had send the results to her on March 13, 2024...which was the same day i had the test done. The technician was nice enough to send Dr.Dreama a urgent email and text her work cellphone and about a hour later ...what do you know, Dr. Dreama called me to talk about my EEG results. Have to consult with another doctor for a question and says she will get back with me but at this point i really thi k i will be asking for a referral elsewhere or a different doctor. It is ridiculous! I understand they get busy but come on.... *Please speak with your office staff about their rudeness! It's not all, but its one particular one..smh. I'll be able to identify her when i stop by! Cuts you off when you are trying to speak...impatient, just flat out RUDE!!

Honestly if I could give less stars I would. The doctor I saw, Dreama Brar, was very rude, dismissive, and did not take my personal or family history seriously. She disregarded all of my concerns as psychiatric when after getting 2 more opinions both have found that to not be the case. If you care about your health find a different doctor because you will not get any answers or genuine care from Dreama Brar. The office manager also berated me for my tics containing curse words knowing that tics are uncontrollable. This office does not care about client safety or health.

Unfortunately, there is notless than 1 star to select! But sadly, here is my review. I took my husband a couple of weeks ago to see Dr. Dreama Brar for his appointment. I went in with him and OMG!!!, never had an experience like this before. She was very rude, dismissive, and did not take my husbands illness seriously at all. I advised my husband before to list the issues he was having, and while he was reading it to her, she spent good time in her phone not paying attention or listening. He tried to explain again what he was experiencing, but she constantly jumped in, interrupting and not letting him finish. She acted like my husband was bothering her, showed an annoyed expression, and was in a total rush even that it was an early morning. Her face said it all, her attitude was the most unfriendly and uncompassionate Ive ever seen in a Dr., for a patient that has been in pain for so many weeks, obviously she disregarded all he mentioned.Never been treated so poorly by a Dr. Although that she prescribed a new medication for pain, it was not until 4 days later that she sent it to the pharmacy, of course after 3 calls to her office. Lack of concern caused another human being to continue on pain for days and days...totally unprofessional! Yes, a Dr. is also a human being, but her personal life or whatever in her life that is causing her so much unhappiness, pain and displease for her job; should not be brought to her practice or patients. She has very little to none bedside manners. Now, seeing so many negative reviews of her for years, I can say that her attitude is not because of the patients, it is about this Dr. not finding joy on what she does, and of course patients have to pay for it. What happened with the Hippocratic Oath, or Declaration of Geneva, or the Oath of Maimonides, or any other covenant or oath made, used in most schools of medicine? They all have the words help, remember, fellow human beings, care adequately, respect for patients, experience the joy of healing those who seek help, treat a sick human being, etc., etc., etc. Those phrases/words obviously have been replaced with antonyms due to a person with a hurting soul, that now is trying to be a Dr., and that shouldnt be practicing one of the most noble, humanitarian and reputable occupations that exists for the joy of God! To the office managerdont post the same response. After so many years, obviously nothing has been done, and probably wont...not your fault thou! After all, to the patients there still many great Dr.s/Neurologists out there, that take their blessed occupation seriously and definitely will show their commitment and Oath to their patients and practice at all times.

This morning I called because I wanted to make a new patient appointment. The woman who took my call was so rude! She answered the call with a huff like she was irritated. I told her I was wanting to make a new patient appointment and she preceded to tell me I needed a referral and I told her I didnt (because my insurance doesnt require referrals) and she began talking over me telling me I needed my records faxed over before I could get an appointment. She was about to hang up when I asked her if I could have the fax number and she just started saying it before I could get something to write with. I asked her if she could wait until I got paper and she just continued to give the number. I then asked her once again if she could let me get a pen and paper and she told me she didnt like the tone I was using with her. I told her I wasnt using a tone and that I was just asking her to give me time. She began to argue with me telling me she didnt like my attitude She then just hung up on me while I was talking without giving me the fax number. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a medical receptionist. Its hard enough having to live with a chronic illness but it makes it worse when you have to deal with a nasty person. HCA employees seriously need to take lessons from Bon Secours employees. In the almost 18 years Ive used Bon Secours Ive never been treated poorly, but Ive been treated poorly multiple times at HCA facilities and by HCA employees. The doctors are good but the support staff is not compassionate or friendly. If I could avoid going to HCA doctors I would but unfortunately Bon Secours doesnt always have what I need and there are few if any private practice options in the area.
