Rick Eaheart at Embrace Home Loans is a superb loan officer. I started with him as a first time home purchaser and he helped me find a superb realtor, Kelly Bump. There are several things Rick did to make sure I felt acknowledged, fully aware of everything, and know what works best for me. Rick was always prompt. I didn't feel like I need to follow up on emails and knew he would respond to urgent items asap. Rick always made me feel like I was his number one priority when we talked. I know he juggles many clients at once but I never got the impression that he was rushing me along so he could get to the next person. Rick never pressured me. I spent several months interacting with him where I didn't make any serious offers and I never got the impression that I needed to make an offer or he'd stop interacting with me. He also never tried to guide me to a large mortgage then I wanted. I looked at a variety of price points and never felt pressure one way or the other. Rick was an over communicator for the loan process, which I count as a positive as a first time home purchaser. There was a lot I didn't know and Rick was willing to spend the time to walk me through everything and answer my questions. Rick was willing to run some last minute what-if scenarios so I could fully understand all my mortgage options. Again never feeling pressured and I felt that Rick fully explained his thoughts on those scenarios.
