      image Recording greeting says place order when ready. I order 2 items and the person on the headset isnt listening so l repeat one item. Theres a long pause and then asked to repeat the second item. Meanwhile an employee is smoking by the drive thru and the smoke is blowing into my car. There was no one else in the line but l am asked to go park and wait for my food like its a huge inconvenience. If l have to park, might as well go inside. Arbys used to be known for good service.

      image This location is 25% more expensive than any other Arbys Ive been to. I was shocked to hear my meal was over $15. The menu price for the sandwich was $8+ but $15 for the meal. Wild. Definitely the most expensive Arbys in the US, with no improvement in food quality to show for it.
