Virginia Council of CEOs (VACEOs)

Virginia Council of CEOs has been instrumental in supporting me in my entrepreneurial journey. Being in a safe and open environment with fellow leaders who are willing to share their learnings and challenges has been invaluable. The council has more than paid back my investment of both money and time within less than a year. This organization is ideal for those who see themselves as lifelong learners, sometimes feel lonely in their role, and crave something more than networking: a vulnerable, personal team relationship with fellow leaders.

One of the best organizations I've ever had the privilege to be a part of. My experience has been that all the members are extremely authentic and vulnerable and willing to share the struggles and lessons they've learned as CEOs. Since this group is only for CEOs, and it's not a place where people go to try to sell you things, I've quickly built strong friendships here. If you are a CEO, and you're willing to share your struggles with others, then I can't recommend this organization enough. The more you put in and the more vulnerable you're willing to be, the more you're going to get out of VACEOs.
