Asthetically pleasing, love the vibe but the food was so underwhelming and disappointing! Everything was bland, bland & bland, even the salad and salad dressing. Service was pleasant, but I did not leave with any desire to go back.

I brought my sister in law from two hours away while on vacation because she had never experienced Burtons before and we are both Gluten Free. We had such an amazing time and our server Trey was absolutely amazing and all the food was delicious!

Listen, when I tell you that it has been YEARS since I was able to not plan a restaurant visit out ahead of time and simply walk in and enjoy myself safely! Burtons in Richmond gave me the best experience I have had with food since I was told about my gluten allergy. Everyone in this location went so far above and beyond but none of them went as far as my tremendous server Trey! He was INCREDIBLE! I was treated with so much care and I havent laughed so much in a very long time. I left with an extremely full tummy and cheeks that hurt from smiling so much. I will definitely return as often as I can. Thank you Trey for all you did today!!! Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten allergy and it was handled with so much care! Plus, the food is incredible.
