        NEVER AGAIN! Entered at 7:20 and left at 8 for two drinks. Employees had no hustle at all. Checking phone between drinks and meandering in the back, making everyone else's drinks before ours, it was ridiculous!!! No apology for the 40+ minute wait when we finally picked up. It was insane. NEVER coming back. Try Gigi Tea or Tea Do on Broad st instead. Save your time.

      The staff was trying to contact coworkers to get extra help. It was a newer team tonight but we apologize if they did not get to your order in time. We have a staff meeting this week and we will go over many topics including staffing and prioritization of orders
