First, I want to start by saying the staff is decent from my initial meeting them, but the professionalism in keeping contact and communication with clients is zero tier. Let me start by saying this lady Shereca set me up with some type of pharmacist who got on a cell phone and was very obvious to being kinda passive aggressive as if he was a (side hustler pharmacist ) which made me kinda suspicious, that claimed to be sending my medications over Guy didnt know me from a can of corn but was ready to dump meds on me within 20 to 40 minutes of me being at the location and I get itthe lady was texting him the whole time or emailing symptoms which their decision was Seroquel, and a few other medications in which never received themAT ALL The Rite Aid they claimed to have sent it to said they dont even have my name in the system I called back, MULTIPLE DAYS asking Shereca about my case,,, never received a callback [never received a callback about the medication, my so-called counselor etc Also never mentioned any denied services to my understanding or any sign of issues, neither did I ever receive a call back after being evaluated and (issued a case worker)so why no contact after? This is a complete waste of time (my opinion) for someone who resides in Richmond coming to receive help.. I would not recommend this company to anyone.. They are individually (nice to clients for businesses purposes)but the follow up and everything else is bare minimum TRULY! And this is the most recent review so beware!!!! #MentalAwarenessFailureOnTheirEnd In return my depression and symptoms have gotten worse.. THANKS SbH FOR COMPLETELY WAISTING 2hrs to play with someones head. Only consistency I see in this place is the snacks provided for the long waits..
