Man who came to fix my ac the first time was kind and did what he thought needed to be done, two weeks later once again my ac breaks there company states a 30 day warranty so we called them back, told us they would be there Tuesday never showed, then we called and they stated Thursday. Today my father calls and Im assuming the guys name is Martin proceeds to tell us they are never coming back and he no longer wants any contact between us and him and hangs up the phone very rudely . To me this is a horrible company with horrible ways of communication and treating there customers. Mind you we paid for what they said would fix my ac and now once again it no longer works . Im a single mom with a 2 year old and the temperatures have been 90 and above.
