This used to be a nice, reliable laundromat but its gone way down hill the last couple of months. Machines out of order with no signs, so you dont know youve wasted your money until its too late. Theres seemingly no way to get a refund because the phone number doesnt work and they never respond to messages. It has also been noticeably dirtier lately, both the facilities and the machines themselves.

I used this place for the first time today. I wouldve given five stars, but the app is not user friendly and its glitchy. I literally did everything correctly and when I was ready to pay, the app would simply freeze. This was an inconvenience as I had to go somewhere else to get cash since the app (which takes debit/credit) was unreliable. If you come here make sure you bring cash in the event that the app does not work. Other than that, the location is great and the machines work really well.
