Anne Hunter and her team was awesome to work with. I had a large kitchen and 3 baths along with interiors... we had nothing but a great experience.  She was professional and fun!  They kept to the schedule perfectly. The punch list was complete...highly recommend for kitchen, baths and interiors.  Nancy

I inquired about a remodel of my kitchen and several bathrooms through H2's website and recieved a call from Anne. I proceeded to inform her that I wanted to get a estimated for the job. She responded by asking me where I lived which I told her and she proceeded to say that if I am getting alot of estimates from other companies that she didnt want to waste her time with me and that she has enough work right now that she didn't need my business. She also stated that doing estimates takes alot of time and if I was getting estimates from other companies she didnt want to bother. She said that she knew that what she said sounded rude but it was the truth. I informed her that I only called 2 companies, her company and one other and that I didnt want to waste her time and thanks for calling. She was extremely rude and I would never spend thousands of dollars on my home with a person like that who profiled where I lived and didnt even give me a chance to even speak with me regarding my project. Worse company I have ever dealt with without actually having them do any work. I am saddened by the experience.

One of the most unprofessional interactions I have ever had. Anne Hunter came to our home for a consultation and to provide a concept drawing for a first floor renovation to include a new kitchen and master bedroom. She walked through the first floor and took measurements and left with our original blueprints as well. After about 1 week I emailed asking how the drawings were coming along. No response. Another week went by and I sent another message and expressed concern that she hasn't responded. Still nothing. One more week and I emailed to request our blueprints back as we would need to find another designer since we haven't heard back. So after three weeks she finally responds with the address to pickup our blueprints and no explanation as to why she never responded or provided the concept  drawings. I sent a message the day before I was to stop at her office to pickup the drawings to make sure someone would be there as it's a 20 minute drive. She emailed back and said someone would be there. The next day I drove to her office and the door was locked and nobody was there. I waited for 45 minutes and finally someone showed up and unlocked the door. Luckily my blueprints were sitting on a table near the door because the person that let me in had no clue who I was.We are on a tight timeline for this renovation and due to Anne's lack of professionalism and respect for our position we are a month behind.Chris June 2019
