Terrible customer service. I had a billing issue and instead of trying to rectify the issue I was told maybe I should go to a different company. I've been with State Farm for 40 plus years. My driving record is clean for him to suggest I go somewhere else is ridiculous. Chasing off loyal customers.

I have had trouble the last 6 months with my bill going up @$500 with no tickets or accidents. My agent won't even return calls. I've had State Farm over 40 years. My record is perfect. I'm 66 years old and have to go through this mess.

Matthew Becker truly cares about his customers. We were having issues with our policies and pricing. He called me and walked through it, reached out to whom he needed ti and called me back. Explained things thoroughly and helped out so much!!! Very appreciative!
