I would like to thank my agent Mike Spruill for always taking time for me whenever I call with questions or concerns, I needed questions answered and ask if he could include my daughter in on my phone call just in case, I didn't understand what was being presented and he let us do a three-way call. He goes above and beyond to return my calls. I have been with this company for 47 years. Sometimes my friends will shop around and switch just because and it's not about different policy's it's about being part of a family and for this I want to say Thanks Mike! I have found Mike Spruill's service over the years to be outstanding! His professionalism is top-notch. I live an extremely busy life; one thing I don't have to worry about because I trust that Mike is watching it is the insurance policy that he set up years ago and which we talk about annually. Also, he takes the time to understand the insurance situation that I care about.
