Next Level Health Care Options is top tier! I had the pleasure of participating in a TOVA/Crisis Management training course there and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it. Maurice Crawley (instructor) did an excellent job of providing the knowledge and tools necessary while making it a fun experience. I recommend this program to anyone looking to complete Emergency/Health Care trainings in the Richmond area!

The Crisis Management training was very informative. It had been a long time since I have had a training such as this, however this was the best training so far.

Very informative and interactive class. Learned alot from all participants involved during this Tova training class. All were seasoned professionals and workers in the field of our Zoom class. The instructor, Maurice Crawley, was a very personable and knowledgeable individual and was very helpful throughout the entire course. Will be taking more classes from him in the future. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: took the 32 hour medication course from Capri Williams. She is a first class teacher. Learned alot from the interaction in the class. She is a very knowledgeable individual and willing to answer any questions. Thank you both, Capri and Maurice!!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!! 3/23/2024: needed to Update my TOVA and medication certification and as always, Capri and Maurice are top notch educators and very knowledgeable. They are willing to answer all questions and give advice in all areas of their expertise. Jeff Sullivan
