        I'm a homeowner and let me tell you, we have not had AC since August 19,2022. We are under warranty but for some of the parts we have to pay for....tf? I have been sick cause yall didn't give one Hour the things they need for 1 week and 2 days. NO AC FOR 1 WEEK AND 2 DAYS!!! Why do yall parts break every year? This isn't Texas or the south south. Yea it gets hot, but yall parts break ALOT!!! It just don't make sense and then yall charge an arm and a leg for the shot and it breaks 6 months later!!!!!!! If I had a choice, I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, do business with you guys!!!
