        One star is too many as far as Im concerned. Involuntarily used them to close on my home as they work with the lenders I used. Closed on the 15th on a brand new home. I get an email on the 24th saying my homeowners insurance (from my closing funds) wasnt paid by them. Have emailed and called for a week with no response. Had to call today and pay my homeowners insurance immediately out of pocket ($780) since it was CANCELLED due to no payment. Incompetent, unresponsive.
