I forgot to pay my bill last period and received the nicest reminder call from them. I really appreciate their courtesy and respect. I was able to pay over the telephone with my credit card and went on my way. Later I couldn't stop thinking of how polite this company is, more than most I've dealt with. They give a new meaning to "personal service".

I 've had their service for a year and a half. Three times I 've asked if there is any way the bills could be bigger, postcard size is small and easily lost in mail. I paid my last bill and have been looking for a bill but haven't got one. So rather than mail me a notice with a late charge they just left my trash on the curb. I called yesterday to find out if they had changed the day without letting me know. She returned call leaving message without answering my question. I called back today and she keeps telling me I'm past due and that's why they didn't get my trash. Said the phone number wasn't good for me, was very rude telling me three times my bill was late when I understood the first time. Three times I told her I am sorry I didn't get the bill and whomever called obviously misdialed and didn't try again because I've had my number seven years. I said why not mail a late notice, what happened to taking care of your customer, ending up having to hang up on her because her being right was more important than the issue at hand. Putting whole story on here because it is ridiculous treatment of a customer and because today I checked my mail and I got my bill, plus someone else's trash bill who lives 14 miles from me according to maps. I was kind enough to call Value Waste and let them know I had received the man's bill so that they would not be mistreating another customer unnecessarily as they did me. Good trash service, bad customer service!!!!!
