I'll start with the pros. This place's price is the fair compared to the other local furniture stores. If you need something urgent and there is something you like, its still a good deal. Customer service is also very friendly. Now the cons. 1. No matter what they tell you, delivery only happens on Wednesday and Saturday. Delivery is provided by a third party and charge varies by mileage. I was told Thursday since there was already 4 deliveries on Wednesday. So after waiting all day on Thursday and 2 phone calls, I was told that it will come on Saturday. 2. Check the website for a more accurate picture of what you will get. The sofa I had chosen in store looks like a light stone taupe, but the one I had received was a gray taupe. I checked the website, since I was told there was only 2 colors available, to ensure I got the right one. The one on the website matches the sofa I got and the only taupe version. I was told by the manager that the color difference was due to lightning and that if it was a problem, I could just exchange for the floor model. I guess my house have the same lightning as their photo studio. So, if color is a major issue, check the website to see if there is a color difference. 3. The website check actually leads me to the next issue. Their weekly sales do not operate with their store hours, but apparently, on PST time. I had purchase my sofa at 1300 on a Monday for $648 and then two hours later, it was on sale for $399.99. Apparently, they don't know what goes on sale until it happens. And if it goes on sale and you have paid, no price adjustments because all sales are final, and they can't do anything. So, go window shopping in the morning, but don't check out until later in the day to get the best deal.

I have been searching for living room furniture for 6 months plus. The gentleman that helped me today was very helpful and I was successful finding what I was looking for and the price was great!

It is so refreshing to have live people answer the phone and really help. The quality of the furniture is good and the prices in line and the store policies make purchasing easy. Glad I came in!

We are so happy with our new bedroom furniture. We got a great price for a Lane set! They had everything in stock and we took it home with us right away! No waiting 6-8 months like other furniture stores!! Jake was great to work with. Excellent customer service! Thank you Jake & Surplus Furniture!
