        Daughter loved the flowers and they offered great options and a variety.

        Ordered mother's day flowers on the 12th with a flex ship date between the 12th and the 14th. At 7 pm on the 13th I received an email saying the ordered couldn't be filled and would be sourced to a different florist with delivery on the 16th. When I called to request a different arrangement all they could offer me was a slight discount. I attempted to cancel several times or just select a different arrangement which they didn't want to do. Reluctantly, I accepted the slight discount with a later delivery. I can't say I will ever use Ava's again. Why order early if you can't get the delivery you want?
