The lack of follow up and customer service is awful! Sent here by our builder and it was a mistake!

I had the pleasure of working with Wendy to pick out blinds for our new house. We're new to the area. I called 4 companies from a Google search - 1 was a no-show, 2 never called back but Wendy showed up on time for our appointment. It's obvious from the start she knows her industry but is a no-pressure salesperson. She talked to me about curb appeal, gave her feedback about curtains with blinds, but did not push her opinion one way or the other. I really enjoyed working with her and didn't waste my time to cost-compare because I felt confident in her expertise and the product. It was worth it. Blinds were expertly measured and look great. We're very happy with the quality of our blinds and loving our new home. Thanks Wendy!

Worthless place!!! Ill never go back there again!!! I had guy come to my house for a kitchen and he never sent me a quote. Nobody cares these days. I went to ZOLA CABINETS AND STONE in Ashland, they were great!!!

After a pipe busted in our kitchen, RD handled our cabinet and backsplash replacement. After our experience, we will never choose Richmond Decorating for future projects. Jeff wouldnt return our phone calls, respond to our emails, or even communicate with our project manager. The tile guy ignored scheduled times and just showed up whenever he wanted. He was scheduled for 8am, 12 rolled around and he was a no show and wasnt answering his phone. He ended up showing up around 2. I had to listen to the cabinet guys drop F bombs the entire time they were assembling our cabinets. Its one thing to make a mistake and let one slip, but they were just using curse words in casual conversation. Tile guy was supposed to come this morning to grout. It is 2pm and he is nowhere to be found. I called the company to ask where he was and they just sent me to a place to leave a voicemail. Avoid this company at all cost. We would have been better off going with Lowes.
