By far the best Flooring company I've had the pleasure of doing business with. The work quality of their subcontractors and hourly employees is far above average. I've been in the industry for nearly 16 years now and DMA shows constance in quality with a verity of materials. The staff is kind and informative. I highly recommend this company.

Tile installed in 2018. This is what poor quality looks like when tile is not properly installed. They put grout where a tile should be, so it is now breaking down at the threshold. Service: Tile work installation

Please note this is a zero star review.  We renovated a historic home in which we utilized a general contractor.  That general contractor utilized DMA Flooring for our tile in the kitchen, mudroom and bathroom.  We confirmed our grout choice with DMA and was not told we needed to be home for grouting.  When we arrived home later that day, the grout color was a pearl gray per the bag left behind, not the charcoal we picked for the kitchen and mudroom.  We were told to give it 28 days to cure and it would darken.  It didn't darken, it lightened.  I was told by DMA they would correct the color with a color impregnator if the grout didn't darken.  After months of the color not darkening, I voiced that I was not happy with the grout to the general contractor.  I was informed by the general contractor that DMA was aware of my situation, DMA said that I approved the grout color and DMA stated they were not going to fix it.  So I paid for something that I didn't want, and I was also blamed for it.  I still have the text messages with our initial color choice and voicing our concern regarding the grout color after installation, in which the company chose to ignore our concern.
