Mary was the most hands-on attorney. She communicated every step of the way, was never bothered by my endless questions, not to mention how supportive her entire office staff was during the emotional rollercoaster court can be. Candie is the most understanding, caring and compassionate person. She was helpful anytime I called and also worked with me on payments. Had Consult with Attorney Elizabeth Dabney reference a Very Difficult Case. Elizabeth agreed to take the Case. Retainer Agreement Signed and Retainer Paid. I Thought All was Well. I was Initially Impressed with Elizabeth and She Genuinely Seemed to Care about My Difficult Family Situation. While I Thought she was Preparing for Case 1 Week Later I Receive an Email From Elizabeth saying that with the Court Date coming up in less than 3 weeks that she didn't have adequate time to Prepare andthatMyRetainerwouldbeRefunded. . She Knew the Court Date upon taking the Case. She also knew that it was a Very Unusual and Difficult Case. Therefore she should never have accepted it if she couldn't do it. This Put Me in a Real Bind and Made a Difficult Situation even Worse. Especially since I was just Discharged from My Third Hospitalization this Year. I was Depending On and Counting on Elizabeth. However she let Me Down and Made a Difficult Situation Worse. I Hate giving Bad Reviews. However this is People's Lives She is Dealing With. She Took the Case Knowing the Difficulty of it. Therefore Elizabeth should have Honored her Comitment. Philip Childress
